Do remakes of 80's movies or TV series qualify as being ActionClub worthy ? I think so. Snakes on a Plane and SWAT have already had mentions here as I feel they are spiritually, if not actually 80s action movies.
The next question that I've been pondering in my search for the true identity of the AC blog is, should I post the trailer for the new Transformers movie. It is, after all, a child of the 80's (Transformers: The Movie, 1986), and Michael Bay directs everything as though he were still living in the 80s (check out his hair and wardrobe, as well as his movies if you don't believe me)...what the hell, better late than never (you've probably all seen it already), here it is.
Also worth a look is this TransformersTheMovie.com sister site. It also has the trailers as well as some interviews, teasers and other assorted Transformers news.
